[Elecraft] K2 Resistor Tolerance

Hi

Just got my new glasses and have started to assemble the new K2

Control board - R8, 100, 1%. Multimeter gives a reading of 102.4 which =
is over 2%. Is this okay?

Expect more naive questions as I work my way through it.
