[Elecraft] ELECRAFT NET: Would the Elecraft Net be seen as "contesting" If it was on 17m?

I've found 30M quite active after dark and have 16 countries worked since
last Sept with mostly casual operating. There are usually signals between
0100-0300Z most days.  Activity is concentrated below 10.110 but stations
can be found all up and down the band.  Daytime it is pretty quite though
most of the time.
