[Elecraft] ELECRAFT NET: Would the Elecraft Net be seen as "contesting" If it was on 17m?

This is a pretty good idea actually.  I've run some numbers through the
various propagation programs and from here in Maryland the MUF for
everything east of the Rockies is <14MHz at 2000Z.  Someone in the middle
of the US might not hear anyone in the continental US on 20 or 17 meters
at that time if the SFI and A values remain close to present values.  We
likely won't see any increase in SFI for years but the A values might
decrease a bit.

Unfortunately signals from other parts of the world are not likely to be
very strong on 30M at that time of the day.

On the other hand, the Eurpoeans have been strong into the East Coast on
17M
