Hey Bob,
Hehehe, call me old fashioned, but I still like twiddling the knobs on
my old Johnson Matchbox. I can see the advantage of the ATU during a
contest if you are going to be switching bands a lot though. The
Matchbox really performs well for my Center Fed Zepp though. As you say,
if I feel the urge to build something later, I'll have the option to
build it. I'm sure that the urge will come up between other homebrew
projects ;-)
