[Elecraft] Exact 5 MHZ Channel Frequencies

The way I read the FCC statement means the specific assigned frequencies are 
the suppressed carrier frequencies to be used.  Todays modern transceivers ( 
that
compensate for the carrier shift on the VFO readout) should be tuned to to 
the assigned channel frequency.  The older transceivers that show a VFO 
frequency change between USB and LSB need extra vigilance when switching from 
LSB to USB.  Roy  W4WFB
