[Elecraft] Measuring power supply with KPA100

Hi Bruce:
I seem to recall that the instructions suggest putting the meter in line at 
the fuse point that you make in the power cord. For the bias adjustment, 
you won't be pulling high current so you can safely put the meter in 
without the fuse.
