[Elecraft] K2 PLL Reference Osc. Range Test question

Hi All:  My daughter and I have just completed Assembly Part II of the
RF board.  We are doing the PLL Reference Oscillator Range Test.  The
acceptable range between Ref. High freq and Ref low freq. is 11.5-25
khz.  We have 25.79 khz.  Troubleshooting does not seem to lead us
anywhere.  Is this out-of-range measurement a problem? Does anyone have
a suggestion?
