[Elecraft] Confusing K2 instruction

The directions call for wire jumpers to be installed at the locations amrked
R18 and R19.  There are no resistors, only wires.  They are, in effect, zero
ohm resistors.

The R18 and R19 that are installed later, on page 54, are on an differennt
PC board.

The real error on page 17 is that it mentions the KAF2 - it should be
mentioning the KDSP2 :-)
