Dan,

I do not have all the options but I can provide some guidance.
You can simple disconnect the ATU and Battery to get them out of the
way.

The KAF2 needs a pair of jumpers.  If you look at the schematic for the
KAF2
connection you will see how the switch that turns is off works.  Just
put
two jumpers in the connectors and that option will be removed.

The KSB2 will also need some jumpers to replace it.  Check that
schematic
and you should be able to see where the signals enter and exit.
Comparing
that to the K2 schematic will provide the answers.

There was an email about creating simple module replacement jumpers some
time ago.  I believe that it had a URL with it but I can't seem to find
it.
