Hello --
I want to say two things. First, "thank you" for the fine work you've been
doing--and not only the newest products but also earlier ones,
modifications, old products, but for everything. I'm a relatively new
Elecraft owner having bought a used K2 earlier this year, but already I'm a
convert, a happy member of the choir.

Good job!

Second, I want to add that I admire your patience and dignity "under fire."
I know that everybody out here respects & appreciates you folks but
somethimes it must be hard for you to remember that.

For example, when you announce something new... Suddenly, your Loyal Fans in
droves want to know, Will it also do such-and-such? And, How soon can I see
it? The LF will ask, But why does it designed THAT way & not THIS way? Or
they will say, Fine, that's fine, but when will you ship me mine?

And for example, when you don't announce anything new... Your LF will start
to shout, What's happening out there, guys, you must be doing something,
what're you working on now? And, Are you finally getting around to doing
thus-and-so?  And the loyalists will start asking, What comes after that?
And, When will THAT be ready?

Yet you folks remain graceful about it all, answering (important) questions
and letting the other (impatient, unappreciative) questions & comments go.
