[Elecraft] Elecraft Achievement Awards available

Elecraft sponsors two achievement awards for Elecraft rig operators; the
Worked All States and the Century Club. The program has been running for
just over a year and to date, 12 Century Club and 28 W.A.S. awards have
been issued.

I'm sure there are more Elecraft ops out there working on these
certificates, but I haven't heard from any of you in a month.  So I just
wanted to encourage you guys & gals a little. Remember, I have relaxed
the Century Club rules a little and do not require the logging of the
operator's name.
