[Elecraft] Master, It's Alive hahahahaha

hahahahahahahaha  . . . . my K1 lives . . . . . and thanks to the help of
the folks on this here reflector on a couple of my glitches during building
(and one replacement connector from the folks at Elecraft) I got it all
done, aligned and full power out on all bands . . . if it wasn't for these
damn thunderboomers rolling through I'd be on the air . . . sigh . . . maybe
tomorrow!
Got to listen a little bit before I shut down and RX seems very stable . . .
I'll play with it a few days before installing the ATU  . . . then it's off
to the country where I've got antennas in tall trees just waiting . . . and
the neat thing is, I was carrying a Heathkit HW9, a Power Supply, SWR Meter,
Antenna Tuner, Cmos III Keyer and now it'll all get replace by one small rig
. . . just the rig and the paddles . . .  simply amazin'
Even neater, I bought the K1 by selling all the HW9 stuff!
Thanks for all the help guys . . . I'm going to be taking a hard look at the
K2 at Dayton.
