[Elecraft] BFO and PLL Mods

Completed the subject mods tonight on K2/100 (SN 583). Have not made =
precise measurements, but typical drift prior to the mod, using WWV as a =
reference, was on the order of +70 to +90Hz after half an hour of CW =
ragchewing at 100w. Tonight, the drift after half an hour was about =
-10Hz. Pretty dramatic improvement!
