It appears that the C in "-CD" stands for the +/- 10 ppm tolerance (i.e. how
close the actual value is to the quoted value at 25 deg C) and the D stands for
how much the value will vary over a (non-)given temperature range. I would
guess that they are saying that the frequency will vary +/- 100 ppm from
something like 30-120 deg F.
