[Elecraft] RE: [Elecraft]12.09 crystals

I found this page on the ECS website: http://www.ecsxtal.com/pnumber.htm
describing the part numbering system for their crystals. However, I
cannot quite figure it out. The -S could be standard - and the C in CD
could be +/- 10 ppm? 

Maybe some crystal gurus can explain?
