[Elecraft] Astron RS-20 or 35?

Other have suggested that the 20 amp unit will be fine, and I don't doubt
that.

However, sometimes more is better. You can always use more 12 volts around
the shack. An RS-35 or even an RS-50 isn't all that much more change than
an RS-20, but next year, when you decide you want to try a little HSMS or
something similar, lacking that extra current will be a big barrier to
whatever you want to do because instead of a few more dollars, you will be
wanting a whole new supply.

Of course, there is a size issue, too. The bigger Astrons are not only
bigger, they are also heavier. They could pose a problem for desk space,
and they do weigh a few pounds, as well. If your operating table is a
little flimsy, it's introduction to an RS-35 could be a bit of a surprise!
