I am no expert, simply referring to things I read about the MP click problem
and asking questions.  I modified my MP with good results...

The discussion of the MP clicks says the culprit is not the rise and fall
times itself, but what happens to the keyed signal when, after being keyed,
it is run through a crystal filter to reduce spurs.  The discussion asserts
that is where the clicks are generated.

Does the K2 run the signal through a crystal filter after it is keyed???

I have never heard clicks on a K2 signal.
