[Elecraft] ...- Fast Play w/ Split Mode

Thanks Fran, good idea. Right now I have responses to 2 guys same as me and 
about 4 who's rigs work fine. But not all gave me complete specs on their 
rigs,etc. And I haven't tested mine in ALL configurations yet either.

But last night I think I did discover something. It may be that it is just 
the DISPLAY that is not keeping up, i.e., I can see the LED arrow indicator 
above the VFO A and B "switch" from A to B but the display doesn't change at 
all, not even a blink, when using a Fast Play button.

So I need to do some A vs B type testing and see where I am actually 
transmitting!
