Hi Ed,

Spectrogram makes the alignment job much, much easier and gives the feeling you've done a more satisfactory job. You can see what's
happening and it's very interesting to watch the signals and filter edges move around.  You can compare your results to filter
pictures posted by others.

The program is very user friendly.  I just connected a two wire cable across my headphone plug and then over to the mic input of the
audio card and it worked immediately. You can try your line input too, depending on your audio card.
