[Elecraft] K2 fails first step

I was able to mess with it for a short time tonite. Going down the =
troubleshooting list everything was looking good till I had to check the =
5volt line. I only have 1.92v on the output of U5. Pulled the front =
panel off, and still 1.92 volts. So I pulled the control board out, and =
just looked both sides over for a short, nada. Also checked all IC's and =
they are in correct. Checked to make sure c14 and c19 are the correct =
ones, they are. And thats where I'm stopping at tonite.

Did anyone else run into this problem, or am I just lucky. Have to wait =
till tomorrow evening now to carry on, but was wondering if anyone had =
this problem, or any sure fire cures for the problem?
