[Elecraft] Telnet N7TR.com problem

i've shut down the fire walls; but my win 98SE; refuses to allow DX-telnet 
to run properly.... i keep getting a "no buffer space is available"!!!!!!

DX 4 win works fine as does hyperterm as a telenet,,,,  !!!

any clues ???
