[Elecraft] Telnet N7TR.com problem fixed

Hi All-

It FINALLY dawned on me awhile ago that my McAfee firewall S/W was the
culprit preventing me from accessing N7TR.com (and other) telnet DX
spotters.

I temporarily disabled the firewall, accessed the N7TR.com site
successfully, and then just reset some firewall filters to enable access to
it as I preferred.

Thanks to all of you who offered suggestions.  I've kept all of them for
future reference.  And for anyone who may encounter a similar problem, be
SURE to set, or reset, whatever filters are necessary to enable access.

A special thanks to Andreas Hofmann who stayed with me and jogged my head
into gear while I was trying to figure out what was wrong.
