[Elecraft] Phase I test - AGC threshold Voltage 3.7v

Hi Guys,

Phase I tests went perfectly with the exception of the
AGC threshold voltage setup (manual page 46) where 3.7
volts is the most I can achieve with R1 pot fully
counterclockwise and the RF Gain front panel control
fully clockwise. Has anyone else experienced this?
