[Elecraft] K2 Wattmeter readings

I've recently installed a PA kit in my K2 because of damaged Q7/8 PA's.  I 
now have full power in all bands.
I've just noticed that in the TUNE mode with a 50 ohm dummy load or a 40 
meter centerfed dipole running off the RF BNC jack, that any preset power, 
ie, 5 watts, tends to climb a tenth of a watt at a time in TUNE mode for as 
long as TUNE is enabled.  Should I be concerned? Tnx.
