[Elecraft] Operating from France

I will be in France near Tolouse after April 6th. I am worried about
traveling with radio gear given the current state of affairs in the world. I
was thinking about taking my MP-1or Buddipole, K1 and associated tuner and
power. Would love to hear some general opinions about whether or not you
think I can do any good with this antenna and radio in a common hotel room
type environment. I don't know if the hotel has a balcony, but it is an
early period "typical" european hotel and I expect at least windows that
open. I am also planning on taking a spool of 20g. wire in case there is
somewhere that I can put up a dipole.
