FYI to everyone -- one symptom of this is that your K2
will fit together but the front panel will have a slight
outward bow, perhaps 0.025, on each side. Mine was like
that, and I chalked it up to tolerance issues! 

I clipped the pins per Wayne's instructions last night and
now the seams are perfect. What's interesting is that
buzzing from the speaker at certain frequencies is much
reduced, too. I still have one I need to tweak out....
