See page 98 in the manual. I used the technique listed there and I got WWV
to Zero-out so that fine rit reads 0 at zero beat. Use the dead spots (no
audio) or spectrogram and marks that match 500 and 600 hz tones transmitted
by WWV. (go to their website and print out the hourly transmission diagram
for which tones are transmitted each minute)
