[Elecraft] Updated list of K2 modifications

The list of K2 modifications on www.qsl.net/la3za/K2/mod.html has been
updated.
Changes in "3. General mods" are:

- Input bandpass filters: Clever way of getting wide and narrow
bandwidths in the combined filters, esp. the 10/12 m, 20/30 m filters as
well as the 80/160 m filter for EU bandwidths (from DL7MAJ).

- Link to interfacing of SGC audio DSP to the K2.

- Link to warning from W1CG about _not_ to integrate the NJQRP W1CG
balun inside the K2.
