[Elecraft] K1 First Smoke Test

Greetings everyone.

I am building a K1 as a warm up to the K2 I bought several years ago around 
the time my wife and I had our first kid :-) Well I have finally 
"reclaimed" enough space to start the building.  I am to the first "smoke" 
test (Page 30 of Rev. F manual).

There was no smoke from the test but I did note that voltage measured at 
pin 16 of P1 was only 0.24V below my supply voltage (13.74V Supply / 13.50V 
Pin 16).  Looking at the schematics its appears that the 0.3V drop should 
be due to D16 the SB530 Diode so I measured the voltage drop there at again 
got 0.24V.  Is this within the normal range for this diode or do I have a 
bad one??  I notice that most measurements in the manual so far have had a 
range but this one did not.  I also searched the email archive and every 
reference I could find to the Pin 16 measurement was 0.3V.

Any help easing my mind is appreciated!
