[Elecraft] Fine RIT

I was reading through my K2 manual and tried to experiment with the Fine =
RIT option.  Unfortunately, it does seem to work for me.  Both the RIT =
and XIT keys work ok on their own.  They also work as PF1 and PF2 when =
held down.  However, when I hold both down together I seem to get either =
PF1 or PF2.  I have tried this on all the modes and have followed the =
instructions about having OP1 as FL1 and selecting FL2 first before =
trying to get into Fine RIT.  I have firmware version 2.02H and IOC =
1.02.

Can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong?
