Hi David

You don't mention the type of computer (known issues with HP) or the
interface in use (known issues with K2 and Rigblaster pro) but see if
this helps;

Go to the Device Manager and remove all the Com ports (COMx)s, listed
under Ports (COM & LPT), re-boot and XP will find and reinstall the
drivers.

See if that resolves it, there was a similar problem with ME but M$oft
brought out a fix as I recall for that one.

I am attempting to set up PSK-31 operations using my PC with the Windows
XP Pro operating system. I want to use the COM port RTS (or the DTR)
line to key the PTT on my K2 (#3014) transceiver. My problem is that the
RTS (and the DTR) lines lock "ON" soon after Windows is finished
booting. How can I work around this issue with Windows XP?
