[Elecraft] PTT Keying with Windows XP

I am attempting to set up PSK-31 operations using my PC with the Windows =
XP Pro operating system. I want to use the COM port RTS (or the DTR) =
line to key the PTT on my K2 (#3014) transceiver. My problem is that the =
RTS (and the DTR) lines lock "ON" soon after Windows is finished =
booting. How can I work around this issue with Windows XP?
