[Elecraft] Elecraft WAS #28 issued to W0YK

Congratulations to Ed Muns, Los Gatos, CA.
He has achieved the Elecraft WAS award by working all 50 states with 
his Elecraft K2/100.  WAS Certificate #28 was issued to him.  Ed said he
got a sweep in both the CW and Phone sections of the 2002 ARRL
Sweepstakes.  He drives an Alpha 87A amp with his K2/100 s/n 2338.

Ed was also one of the ops at CQWW-2001 QRP DXpedition to Jamaica using
all K2's. His call was 6Y8A and was the 80m op for that event.
