Hi

One of the common problems with this board is reversed toroids. The windings
are opposite from each other. The green windings are close to the outside of
the board on both toroids. If you installed the toroids the same way then
you will have low power out. The red windings are both 22 turns but T1 has 7
turns of green and T2 has 4 turns of green. Also make sure the RFC1 and RFC2
toroids leads do not short to the crystal cans. Its OK for them to touch the
crystals on the enamel part just make sure the stripped part does not touch.
