[Elecraft] Grounding Crystals

I want to sincerely thank all who offered suggestions as to how best to
ground the filter crystals in the K2.  I ended up trying something which
appeared to work very well.  I attached the wires to each crystal before
installation on the board.  I then inserted each crystal with its two
ground wires already soldered into the board as a package.  I then
soldered each crystal and its two associated ground wires to the board.
This technique offered the advantage of not having to solder anything
above the board which I thought would be awkward and might offer the
possibility of damage to close by components.  I held the crystals in my
Panavise during the ground wire installation.  I seemed to have overall
better control working at a favorable angle.
