[Elecraft] Windows version

Hi Dave,

I used Windows 98 for about 2 years and found it hung me up at least
once a day. I switched to Windows 2000 and haven't had a problem at
all.

I did use Windows 98 Second Edition on a laptop for a while and that
never hung up, but I converted that to Windows 2000, too, just to be
consistent across my hardware.

I was really looking for stability and Windows 2k has given me that. I
use a home network and it seems easier to deal with that with Windows
2K as well. FWIW.

I've never tried Windows XP because of the "activation" requirement; I
refuse to call the mother ship for permission to use it after having spent
good $$$ on it.
