[Elecraft] Front Panel not responding

Hi Folks

Just now installed my new PA transistors, did look finely at old PAs and
noticed that the plastic on the shoulder washer had indeed melted to the
metal.

New PA have above 2k ohms on both collectors to ground.  And I have
installed the K160RX module.  It also has not solder problems.

Well everything with the Front panel worked fine before I put the K160RX
and new transistors in.  I haven't removed an MCU, unless one is damaged
by ESD. All pins are installed correctly between FP and RF & CTRL and RF
boards.

Turned on the radio and found these problems::

Working:
-Power Adjustment
-Bargraph left light lit, RF gain seems to change it.
-LCD frequency readout and backlight work.
-On power up "Elecraft" shows on LCD

Not Working:
-RIT (?)
-ALL Buttons for TAP and HOLD

Noticed that my Control Board and Front Panel Board were both plugged in
correctly.

What should I look for?
