[Elecraft] Grounding crystal filters

Does anyone have a good suggestion or two as to how best to handle the
crystal grounding?  I seem to be without enough hands to do it all that
well.  I guess I'm looking for the best method of securing the wire(s)
to the crystal long enough to solder them.  The doubly grounded crystals
are of primary concern.  Also, has anyone attached the ground wires to
the crystals before insertion on the board with the idea of inserting a
crystal and its two, attached wires as a unit?  Then it would only be a
mater of soldering the crystal pins and the other ends of the ground
wires to the board.  Yes, I know, I'm probably totally nuts!
