[Elecraft] Stage II testing - no recieve.

I've assembled and testing K2 at "Alignment and Test Part II'.

I get only 4.56 volts on R30 max.  But the voltage is greater than 1.5 =
and up to 5.5 volts on all band tests.

The BFO test result is BFO High Freq:  4917, and BFO Low Freq: 4912.
The PLL Reference Oscillator Range Test - Ref High Freq: 12100, Ref. Low =
Freq: 12090 - which seems okay.

In the IF Amplifier Alignment test:

I screw the L43 slug and it makes absolutely no difference.... no peaks =
at all.

I did notice that the Sig Strength meter seems to be stuck on S6 with =
the rf gain turned up max.  This is odd since I performed the S_LO and =
S_HI calibration at stage I alignment.

If I connect an antenna to the back of the rig I hear no difference... =
absolutely nothing being rx'ed in the rig.

I've checked all my handiwork and everthing seems to be in order.  Any =
suggestions about where I can begin to look to fix the problem?
