I'd sure care Ron (if you'll allow me to offer an opposing view).  If I'm 
putting
out trash over the airwaves, I want to be told about it so I can correct it.

Without a 2nd radio in some shacks for monitoring , how would someone
know they're tone is raspy (not to mention getting something in the mail
from an Official Observer indicating I need to clean my signal up).  We
rely on other amateurs to make us aware of problems and it won't hurt
my feelings one bit to be made aware of a problem with my station.  In
fact, I encourage it.  OO cards are not something I'd like to collect.  HI
