[Elecraft] No 10m band on K1

     This has been discussed before, so check the archives.  The biggest
issue IIRC is the need for an appropriate mixer crystal to go on the band
board.  The required value is non-standard.  I haven't actually played
with the idea enough to know how easy it might be to fake.
