[Elecraft] No 10m band on K1

Somebody must know, but nobody has said on this list. I have been told
(flatly, though not by Elecraft) that there are no plans to make 10m an
option for the K1.

I remember reading some respected transceiver designer who said designing
for 10m is like "black magic." Sorry I can't remember the source.

That might explain why we can find several simple QRP kits for 80, 40, 30,
20, 17, 15, and 12 meters, but none to my knowledge (except for the K2, and
that might not be "simple") for 10.

I hope somebody else on this list can answer your question... maybe straight
from Elecraft?
