Hi Roy,

I have found the twist-on BNC connectors available at Radio Shack to 
work quite well. They're the ones with the long (abt. 1") hex-shaped 
barrel. The wire stripping directions are on the back of the package. 
The ones I've done have held up well.

I've also made them up with the standard BNC connectors (i.e., solder 
the pin on the end of the coax), but you do need a diagram for wire 
stripping. You should be able to search on the web for the picture 
showing the cutting instructions. Try here:

Most crimp stuff has never worked well for me. Your mileage may vary.
