[Elecraft] EQP rulemaking

No offense intended to the others who have made suggestions for how to improve the EQP.

I would love to see Rule #1 be:  There Shall Be No More Than 10 Rules.

Rule #2 could be:  The total number of words used in the English translation of the EQP Rules shall not exceed 250.  

I hope it can remain an imperfect contest, with a paucity of rules and a plethora of fun -- some guys with Elecraft rigs trying to work each other.

I especially loved the simple Summary -- QSOs, Points, Bonus, Total.  It took me all of 3 minutes to calculate it, type it, and email it.  My kind of contest/party.   ;-)
