[Elecraft] AGC K2 firmware suggestion.

Hi!
I think the off/on method is OK, but it will be cool if the AGC cycle "AUTO,
FAST, SLOW", where AUTO is FAST in CW and SLOW in USB/LSB? Should be fairly
easy fix in the firmware.
