[Elecraft] Troubleshooting Help

I had my K2 working well enough a couple of weeks ago to work 20 mtr cw. It
was plenty sensitive on all bands with no problems. I added the KPA100 this
week and now 20 mtrs is high swr and very little receive signal. I removed
the KPA100 and still no 20 mtrs. I tryed using the noise generator with same
results until I inserted it at the 160 mtr receive antenna. That produced a
normal output which points to the 20/30 mtr low pass filter circuit. I
shorted k9 pins 4 & 7 together with 20 mtrs selected and got the same low
signal with it inserted at the J4 antenna so that eliminated the toroids and
relay. The only thing I can think of is a shorted C197, C199, C201 or C203.
There's no solder bridges and the caps are the correct value.
I replaced C197 for starters but no luck. Any other ideas guys? Sure would
like it to work this weekend...
