Do a web search for "LOGGER" by Robert Furzer. I use it, find it easy to
use and it's totally functional...has tons of stuff I don't use...like
packet and psk windows...I do use the Telnet Window for DX Spotting...and
the best part is it is in your price range....it's Free.......of course he
always accepts donations.
