[Elecraft] OT: Logging software

All:

I know this is pretty far off topic, but I've gotten some awfully good advice
from the folks here before, so I'm going to ask the people I trust...You.

I'm looking for pertty vanilla logging software.  Here are my requirements:

- $0.00 cost for fully functional version (I'm flexible on this)

- As few bells and whistles as possible; I just want something
  like an electronic version of the ARRL paper logbook

- Runs on Windows XP

- Able to export logfiles to other logging programs

I tried the N1MM logger and was bitterly disappointed.  The closest
thing that came to what I wanted was the ACLog general purpose
logging program, but it even fell short.  The only contest I plan to 
run is Field Day and the Elecraft QSO party, so I don't need the
whizzo-bango contest features.  And I won't even consider something
that costs over $50.00.  I'll just keep using my paper logbook.

Any suggestions?
