Congratulations on eliminating the glitches, they sounded nasty.

On another topic:
I find the need to have the top cover on interesting.  As I recall there was
a note published about removing the frequency probe before buttoning up the
K2?  Something about mixing or harmonics being introduced that got noticed
during the early days of K100 production.  I remember because the original
suggestion was to leave it in place to allow CAL FIL to be done in the field
and a number of OP's came up with ways to ensure that the probe remained
inside the rig even though they had it disconnected so that it wouldn't get
lost.

Does anybody else remember this?
