[Elecraft] K2 Tuning 'glitches' every 5 Khz

Just to close this thread, I have fixed the Glitches and along the way 
learned the following !

1/ a PLL reference oscillator range of 9.1 kHz or more is sufficient (Wayne)

2/ You should put the top cover on BEFORE running cal PLL (Eric)

In all CAL PLL attempts since the BFO mod I had run CAL PLL with the top 
cover off, re-running it with the top cover down on a well warmed up K2 has 
eliminated the glitches.
